FREE to Members-R.A.D.Self Defense for Women-Beginning on January 12th


This is a high intensity 8-week class that synergistically combines proven risk reduction techniques with hands on defensive tactics training.

Classes will be on Tuesday Mornings beginning January 12th-11:30 am- 1:00 pm in the Aerobics Room.
