The Aquatic & Fitness Center provides our members with a state-of-the-art aquatic facility filled with the newest and most innovative therapy, instructional, fitness, and competitive equipment.

Our Center offers:

A 3-lane, warm water teaching & therapy pool
An 8-lane, 25-yard lap pool
Full Colorado timing system & scoreboard
Sauna
Hot Tub
20 ft. Indoor Waterslide

Pool Hours
Mon - Thurs	5:30am - 9:30pm
Friday	5:30am - 8:30pm
Saturday	7:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday	12:00pm - 4:30pm

Water excercise is an excellent way to a fit and healthy body. Our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. They take advantage of your buoyancy in the water and the resistance the water creates. Whatever an individual's fitness goals or therapeutic needs, they can be met with the right class or mix of classes.
