Benefits of High Intensity Training

One of the best and most exciting ways to lose those extra pounds is with high intensity training, also known as HIT. HIT training has become a popular training method due to the constantly changing workouts, short duration and atmosphere. HIT training means you’re doing short bursts of high intense exercise followed by a short recovery break, all while doing it for a designated period of time. It’s been said that you’re getting the same physical benefits as if you were doing a traditional workout, but in half the time. The Aquatic and Fitness Center offers HIT training in the form of the Bootcamp class. The Bootcamp class offers you a constantly changing workout with fun and challenging exercises in a short period of time. Come check out the Bootcamp classes at the Aquatic and Fitness center, classes are opened and encouraged for all ages and fitness levels.
***Bootcamp Classes are being offered:
Tuesday and Thursday Morning's at 6 am
Wednesday and Friday Evenings at 6 pm
***Extra Fees Apply
