One of the best and most exciting ways to lose those extra pounds is with high intensity training, also known as HIT.  HIT training has become a popular training method due to the constantly changing workouts, short duration and atmosphere.  HIT training means you’re doing short bursts of high intense exercise followed by a short recovery break, all while doing it for a designated period of time.  It’s been said that you’re getting the same physical benefits as if you were doing a traditional workout, but in half the time.  The Aquatic and Fitness Center offers HIT training in the form of the Bootcamp class.  The Bootcamp class offers you a constantly changing workout with fun and challenging exercises in a short period of time.  Come check out the Bootcamp classes at the Aquatic and Fitness center, classes are opened and encouraged for all ages and fitness levels.
