HIIT Bootcamp- High Intensity Interval Training Now Available at NMB AFC!

 

What is HIIT? Focuses on functional movements to include: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Will combine Olympic style weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, rowing, with the use of kettlebells, ropes, rings, and more. Similar to CrossFittm.


How would HIIT benefit me? Functional movements are movements we do every day. When you incorporate functional movements with high intensity or anaerobic cardio you will radically improve your motor function and be more effective at eliciting nearly any desired fitness result.

Is HIIT for me? If you are an elite athlete or someone that just wants to get in shape and burn calories. You're in luck! HIIT training is specifically designed to your athletic level. Some movements that will be covered include, but are not limited to: Rowing, clean and jerk, squat, deadlift, push-press, bench press, power cleans, jumping, medicine ball throws, pull-ups, push-ups, muscle-ups, kettle bells and much more.
