20/20/20 Fusion
A workout for your entire body.  20 minutes of heart pumping cardio, 20 mintues of weights and a final 20 minutes of core/stretch work.  Plan to push yourself and get the most out of this workout.  A combination of steps, bands, weights, balls and body weight will be used.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Align the Spine
Is taking a stroll, jogging or just bending down to tie a loose shoelace painful? There are those who suffer from shoulder issues, bad backs and/or stiff necks. Align the Spine offers effective exercises that stretch, strengthen and relax the body-allowing a return to proper alignment.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Body Pump
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  It will burn up to 540 calories.  Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Barre-Lates
A fusion of Barre and Pilates.  This class combines the elements of dance and pilates moves for a cardiovascular workout that burns your muscles to their fullest potential and then stretches and elongates that same muscle group giving you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Cardio Blast
High Intensity cardio class.  This class will get your heart pumping while using steps, body weight exercises and light weights that focus on the entire body.  This class will maximize your workout time and fat burning ability.  For all fitness levels.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Chair Fitness
This class is a fusion of Yoga poses for Core Stability and Flexibility, while incorporating weights and band work for total body strength and stretching exercises.  All levels of fitness are welcome.  Participants should bring their own mat.

FXP Hula Hoop Fitness
We’ll sculpt, strengthen, spin, sweat, and smile our way through this exciting, high intensity, no impact cardio class!  Using hoops for resistance and balance, we’ll energize through Yoga, Pilates, and Barre inspired moves, with intervals of waist hooping.  Hoops provided! Participants should bring their own mat.

Gentle Yoga
Restore, Revitalize & Renew your mind and body while you ease into poses to release stress, strengthen your “Core” and increase bone density.  Great for all levels of fitness.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Iron Yoga
This High Energy Ashtanga Yoga class will challenge you physically with poses to increase your strength, core stability, and flexibility.  Hand weights can be added for an extra challenge.  Great stress reliever!  Participants should bring their own mat.

Insanity Blast 
A tabata style high intensity workout designed around interval training that will maximize your workout time and fat burning ability!

Kickboxing
High energy cardio kickboxing.  Punch and kick your way to a slimmer, leaner body!  Participants should bring their own mat.

Pilates
A low impact class performed mainly on the floor.  A super workout to strengthen the abs, glutes, and back muscles.  All ability levels are welcome.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Prime Time
This class is geared specifically for our senior members.  A total body workout including strengthening, stretching, cardio and balance work.   Participants should bring their own mat.

Sculpt & Strength
Weight training that will target specific muscles to improve tone, strength, and endurance, as well as stretching to increase flexibility.  Work at your own strength level. Participants should bring their own mat.

Spin
This indoor cycling class will challenge the new rider as well as the seasoned cyclist.  The instructor leads the class on a variety of cycling courses.  Class size limited to 15 participants.

Step
Step aerobics burns 30 – 60% more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Total Body Cycle
Total Body Cycle incorporates a traditional cycling class with total body strengthening and stretching exercises.  You will work your body from head to toe in this class. Class size is limited to 15 participants.

Total Body Cycle/Kettlebell Combo
Adds a short kettlebell workout at the end of a 35 minute cycle workout.  Class size is limited to 15 participants.

Total Body Stretch 
A total body stretching class that will increase range of motion, joint mobility and strength.  Participants should bring their own mat.

Yoga
This class utilizes basic yoga poses to increase strength, balance and flexibility.  Great stress reliever!  Participants should bring their own mat.

Zumba
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
