Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement ®

During these classes, Heidi will draw on various somatic practices, that is: Feldenkrais, Bones for Life,  Walk for Life, Chairs and Mindful Eating.  Participants in the classes,  will begin to move easier, feel better and release stress. “You will be with yourself in a whole new way.”  Using these science- based movements, you will capitalize on the brain’s capacity to discover habits, learn and realize  improved alignment and posture.  And of course the enjoyment of a joyful walk with Awareness ! 

If attending for the first time please contact instructor beforehand.

The class size may be limited.
